Returns & Refunds Policy

At JOUEVE, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we are happy to assist with returns.

Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:          
  1.      Gift cards
  2.      Sale or clearance items
  3.      Perishable or opened products (e.g. essential oils, fragrance oils, perfumes or any opened skincare and haircare products)

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@joueve.com or use the form at Contact Us with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item due to damage or defect, please contact us at sales@joueve.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping

  • After receiving approval for your return, please mail the product to:

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
